As per the guidelines in (Australian Standard) AS 4970-2009 Protection of trees on development sites, an AQF Level 5 Arborist must be engaged by residential, commercial and civil clients to ensure their compliance with the relevant consenting authority, when undertaking work around local or state protected or retained vegetation.
