Preliminary Arboricultural Impact Assessment Reports

A Preliminary Arboricultural Impact Assessment Report, undertaken at the planning and design stage of a project, prepared by an AQF Level 5 Arborist, assists builders, architects and all other site contractors, in ensuring the proposed construction and retained vegetation coexist successfully and council and state compliance conditions are met. Tree-sensitive design recommendations by the arborist, are part of the scope of these reports, where relevant, as are the guidelines in AS 4970-2009 Protection of trees on development sites.
