Arboricultural Impact Assessment Reports

An Arboricultural Impact Assessment Report is prepared once the project design has been finalised.

The report details the trees to be retained or removed and the impacts to the retained trees from the proposed building/construction work/excavation work.

Tree sensitive design and construction methods are discussed in the report, using the guidelines in Australia Standard AS 4970-2009 Protection of trees on development sites, where the Tree Protection Zone (TPZ) of the retained trees is affected.
